RE-CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROOF OF TEN APARTMENT HOUSES IN PRAGUE 5 - STODŮLKY

The construction work relating to the reconstruction of roof constructions continued without interruption of common life of the houses with presence of people in apartments. With the respect for the complexity and coordination of construction works and simultaneously with the respect for privacy of people living in the building and surrounding, the individual construction works were planned to individual phases.

The reconstruction of the roof includes complete dismantling of tile roofing CEMBRIT including dismantling of heat insulation, i.e. dismantling of all layers to the plastering construction of bottom view in the apartment interior. After the check and repair of existing steam-packing foil, assembly of heat insulation ISOVER and laying of contact foil and large size tile roofing  CEMBRIT including replacement of roof windows ROTO.
