RECONSTRUCTION OF THE AREAL OF FORMER STEAM BAKARY IN ŘEVNIČOV

Reconstruction was conducted including project as well as engineering activities.

Extensive building re-construction of uniquely preserved complex of steam mill from year 1920 located in the closed areal was conducted in Řevničov.Within the first and second phase three apartment houses were constructed with nine apartments including attractive loft apartment in the complex dominant – building of the former grain silo. People were unusually interested in these apartments; they were sold very quickly thanks to their excellent layout and location. The third reconstruction phase is planned in the so far not reconstructed building and will create additional apartments.
